My Story

Hello, my name is Kayla!I am a certified yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and currently finishing my SSW. My path into this work started with my own healing journey of learning how to slow down, learn to listen, come back in to my body, and find balance in a world that often asks us to push past our limits.Over the years, I found myself drawn to spaces that support healing and connection. Yoga was one of the first places I experienced what it felt like to simply breathe and be present. Reiki deepened that experience, showing me how powerful gentle, intentional energy and compassion can be. At the same time. my studies in the social service field have shaped the way I understand people's stories, struggles and their resilience.All of these paths eventually came together.What I offer is a space where people can pause. A space to reconnect with themselves through movement, stillness, and supportive presence. Whether it is through yoga, Reiki, or simply holding space from someone to be where they are, my intention is always the same: to meet people with care, respect, and without judgment.This work is something I continue to grow into every day, both personally and professionally. I am currently completing my studies in social service work, which has deepened my understanding of trauma-informed care, compassion, and the importance of meeting people exactly where they are.If you found your way here, I am really glad you did.

Reiki Session

Reiki is a non-invasive, safe, and gentle therapy that can complement traditional medical treatments and support overall health and wellness. It is often used to reduce pain, improve sleep, and enhance feelings of peace and relaxation.Ultimately Reiki healing aims to restore harmony and balance to the body, mind and spirit, promoting a sense of wholeness and vitality.

Private Yoga (Virtual)

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this one-on-one session will be tailored to your needs and goals. Improve your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being with a virtual private yoga session.

Sound Bowl & Meditation

Sound bowl and meditation sessions offer a gentle space to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Through calming sound vibrations and guided meditation, these sessions support deep relaxation and help bring the body and nervous system back into balance.

As I finish my program placement, my availability shifts each week.
